Humberto Ibarra Jr. is a sworn peace officer for a large department in the State of California, where he has dedicated his career to public safety, professionalism, and leadership. His passion for firearms safety and training began at a young age when his grandfather first introduced him to firearms. Through that early mentorship, he developed a deep respect for firearm safety, discipline, and responsible weapon handling — values that continue to guide him throughout his career.

In 2019, he began his law enforcement career by attending the academy, where he established the foundation for his service and professional development. He also holds an Associate of Arts degree in Administration of Justice with an emphasis in Law Enforcement. Since then, he has continued to advance his skills through specialized training and instructor certifications.

He currently serves as a Rangemaster, where he conducts quarterly and annual firearms training to ensure officer proficiency, safety, and operational readiness. In this role, he provides instruction in weapon handling, marksmanship, and firearms qualification standards. In addition, he serves as a baton instructor, training officers in defensive tactics, proper baton deployment, and the lawful and effective application of use-of-force principles.

Alongside his law enforcement career, he established a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) training program through his company. His program focuses on providing professional, safety-driven firearms instruction to responsible citizens seeking lawful concealed carry education. Through his courses, he emphasizes firearm safety, legal responsibilities, situational awareness, and practical defensive skills.

Humberto remains committed to continuing his growth as a law enforcement professional, instructor, and mentor while helping others develop the knowledge, confidence, and discipline necessary to safely and responsibly handle firearms.
